The Test of Mathematics for University Admission (TMUA) is a 2.5-hour admissions test used by Cambridge, Durham, LSE, Warwick and other universities. It has two 75-minute papers, each with 20 multiple-choice questions. Paper 1 tests mathematical knowledge; Paper 2 tests mathematical reasoning.
The Engineering and Science Admissions Test (ESAT) replaced the NSAA and ENGAA in 2024. It is used by Cambridge and Imperial for Engineering, Natural Sciences, and related courses. It consists of multiple 40-minute modules; you sit Mathematics 1 plus two subject-specific modules from Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
TMUA (Paper 1 and 2) and ESAT (Maths and Physics) individual practice questions and full mocks with worked solutions, along with detailed statistics, bookmarks, Official Mocks, and more.
Questions are generated by a large language model trained on data from actual past papers and official mark schemes, then carefully reviewed to match the style, difficulty, and topic distribution of the official exams. Every question comes with a full worked solution.
Your dashboard shows overall accuracy, accuracy by section (Paper 1/2 or Maths/Physics) broken down by today, this week, and all time, your current correct streak, average time per question across the same periods, and a 14-day activity chart.
Mock mode lets you do a timed set of 5, 10, 15, or 20 questions in one go, from a specific section or mixed. It simulates exam conditions with no mid-session feedback, and shows your results and worked solutions at the end.
Official Mocks are timed, full-length exam sessions run on a set schedule. Each mock consists of a complete set of questions under real exam conditions with no mid-session feedback. Results and worked solutions are revealed once the mock closes, and top performers are ranked on the leaderboard.
